How to Request a Return

We want our customers to be absolutely happy with their purchase. We make every effort to make sure our products are packaged well and protected during shipping. But’ let’s face it, things happen!
We know you’ll love it, but, if you are not happy with the condition of your poster when it arrives, ship it back to us within 10 days of receiving it along with the following information and we will either ship you a replacement poster or refund the charge for the poster.
Because we are a small business, we can only offer refunds on posters damaged in shipping.  Damage reported more than 15 days from delivery cannot be refunded.
